How to Use:
Adult Dosage:
Take one soft capsule daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

For best absorption, take with a meal containing healthy fats. Consistency is important - daily intake supports steady Vitamin D levels in the body. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless advised by a healthcare professional.

This product is suitable for adults. It may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding; however, we recommend consulting your Primary Healthcare Professional before making any changes to your supplement routine, particularly during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
