How To Use:
Take one tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This supplement is intended to complement a balanced diet—store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is advised before use to avoid any chance of an allergic reaction, hypersensitivity or skin irritation. Apply a small amount of the product on finger and allow it to dry and then wash. After 24 hours, this product can be used safely now, if no reddening, burning itching or swelling is seen in and around the test area.

Ascorbic Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate, Zinc Oxide, Cellulose, Cross-linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Antioxidant (Tartaric Acid).
