How to Use:
Use twice daily after brushing and flossing for best results:
Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml teaspoonfuls) of Listerine into a glass. Rinse thoroughly around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow or rinse with water afterwards. For optimal oral health, use morning and evening as part of your daily hygiene routine.
Warnings:
Always read labels and warnings before purchase or use. Do not swallow or ingest. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. If irritation or unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Do not use if seal is broken. Store out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Keep out of reach of children.
