How To Use:

Take one capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Swallow whole with water, preferably with food. Suitable for women who are planning pregnancy (pre-conception), pregnant or breastfeeding. May be taken alongside Elevit Pre-Conception & Pregnancy Multivitamin.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised by a healthcare professional. For best results, consistent daily use is recommended throughout the relevant life stage.
