How To Use:
Apply approximately a 2.5cm strip of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly twice daily or as directed by your dental professional.
Pay special attention to brushing sensitive areas of the teeth for at least one minute.
Rinse with a small amount of water.
For best results, use consistently. Relief may be felt within 2 weeks of regular use.
Discontinuing use may reduce sensitivity protection over time.

Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Not suitable for children under 12 years unless recommended by a dental professional.
Do not swallow. If ingested in large amounts, seek medical advice.
Sensitive teeth may indicate a more serious dental issue. If pain persists, consult your dentist immediately.
