Voltaren Pain Relief Anti-Inflammatory Gel (Australia) 50g

How to Use:
For adults and children aged 12 years and over, apply a suitable amount of Voltaren Pain Relief Gel to the affected area and rub gently into the skin until absorbed. Use three or four times daily as required, without exceeding four applications in 24 hours. Apply only to clean, dry, unbroken skin and use the smallest amount necessary to cover the painful area. Wash your hands thoroughly after application unless your hands are the area being treated. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose, other mucous membranes and open wounds. Allow the gel to dry before covering the area with loose clothing. Do not apply under airtight dressings or combine with heating pads. For acute soft-tissue injuries, including sprains, strains and localised soft-tissue rheumatism, do not use for more than two weeks without medical advice. For mild osteoarthritis of the knees and fingers, do not use for more than three weeks without medical advice. If pain or inflammation persists, worsens or does not improve, consult a healthcare professional rather than continuing treatment. Always read the enclosed leaflet for the correct application amount, treatment duration and additional instructions.

Warnings:
- Always read all labels, directions and warnings before purchase or use and follow the enclosed product leaflet carefully.
- For external use only. Do not swallow or ingest.
- Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
- Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy.
- Consult a doctor before use during the first six months of pregnancy, when trying to conceive or while breastfeeding.
- Do not use if allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs or other pain-relieving medicines.
- Do not use if you have previously experienced asthma, wheezing, hives or other allergic reactions after taking aspirin or NSAIDs without first obtaining medical advice.
- Do not apply to broken, damaged, infected, irritated or diseased skin, open wounds or mucous membranes.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
- Do not use alongside other regularly taken medicines, including oral NSAIDs, unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have asthma, stomach ulcers, kidney disease, liver disease, cardiovascular conditions or take blood-thinning medicines.
- Do not exceed four applications daily.
- Do not use for more than two weeks for acute soft-tissue injuries or more than three weeks for mild osteoarthritis of the knees and fingers without medical advice.
- Do not apply under airtight or occlusive dressings. Avoid heating pads over treated areas.
- Avoid excessive sunlight and artificial UV exposure on treated areas during use and for a period after stopping treatment, as topical diclofenac may cause photosensitivity.
- Stop use and seek immediate medical advice if an allergic reaction occurs, including breathing difficulties, facial swelling or widespread rash.
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if significant skin irritation, redness, blistering or rash develops.
- Seek medical assessment for severe injuries, significant swelling, inability to bear weight, unexplained pain or symptoms that worsen.
- Do not use if the tube seal is broken or missing.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Allergy Advice:
Voltaren Pain Relief Gel contains diclofenac diethylamine, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Individuals with a known allergy to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen or other NSAIDs should not use this product.

The formulation also contains benzoates, which may cause sensitivity or irritation in some individuals. Those with a history of allergic skin reactions, aspirin-sensitive asthma or sensitivity to topical medicines should consult a healthcare professional before use.

If redness, itching, rash, swelling or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. If breathing difficulties, facial swelling or other symptoms of a severe allergic reaction develop, seek emergency medical assistance immediately.

A routine patch test is not a substitute for medical advice in individuals with known NSAID allergies.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
