How To Use:
Preparation: Empty the contents of one 18g Vittoria Mocha sachet into a suitable cup or mug. Add 150mL of hot, not boiling water and stir thoroughly until the coffee mixture has fully dissolved and a smooth, velvety froth develops. Enjoy immediately while warm. Serving Suggestions: For a creamier mocha, you may experiment with warm milk instead of water, although this will change the flavour and nutritional values. For a more indulgent café-style presentation, sprinkle a little cocoa powder or grated chocolate over the froth. Important: Use the recommended 150mL of water for the intended flavour, strength and consistency. Adding excessive water may dilute the coffee and reduce its richness, while insufficient stirring may leave undissolved powder. Take care when handling hot water and allow the drink to cool to a comfortable temperature before consuming.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
