How To Use:
Use 1 infusion bag per cup. Place the tea bag in a cup and add approximately 200mL of freshly boiled water at around 90°C. Allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes to develop the intended lemon and ginger flavour, then remove the tea bag. The packaging recommends enjoying this infusion without milk. Adjust brewing time to personal taste if desired. Take care when handling boiling water and allow the drink to cool to a safe temperature before consuming. For best flavour and quality, store the remaining tea bags in a cool, dry place away from strong odours.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
