How To Use:
Before first use, sterilise the soothers according to the manufacturer's instructions using the included microwave sterilising case or an approved sterilisation method. Allow the soother to cool fully before giving it to your baby. Inspect the teat and shield carefully before every use by pulling the teat in all directions and checking for any signs of damage, cracks or weakness. Insert the soother gently into the baby's mouth with the teat centred comfortably. If desired, attach an approved EN12586 tested soother holder to the handle for convenience and to reduce the risk of loss. Clean and sterilise regularly, particularly for younger infants. Replace soothers regularly for hygiene and safety purposes or immediately if any deterioration is noticed.

-Always read labels, directions and warnings before purchase or use of product.
-Intended for infants aged 0-6 months only.
-Inspect carefully before every use and pull the teat in all directions.
-Discard immediately at the first sign of damage, tearing, stickiness or weakness.
-Do not tie the soother around a child's neck due to strangulation risk.
-Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN12586 safety standards.
-Do not attach ribbons, strings, cords or homemade attachments to the soother.
-Do not attach the soother directly to clothing unless using an approved holder.
-Keep the removable teat protector away from children to prevent suffocation hazards.
-Do not leave the soother in direct sunlight, near heat sources or in sterilising solution longer than recommended.
-Do not add decorations, stickers or accessories to the soother as they may detach and create choking hazards.
-Prolonged soother use beyond 24 months may affect dental development.
-Tommee Tippee recommends discontinuing soother use completely by 36 months of age.
-Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
-Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

N/A. This product is manufactured using BPA-free silicone and plastic materials and is not intended for ingestion. If signs of irritation, rash or sensitivity develop around the mouth area, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Parents may wish to monitor for sensitivity to prolonged moisture contact around the skin.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
