How to Use:
Children Aged 2–5 Years: Give one capsule daily under adult supervision. Carefully pierce the soft capsule and squeeze its contents into a small amount of water, juice or cereal. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately. Do not give the capsule whole or allow children in this age group to chew it. Children Aged 6–12 Years: Give one capsule daily under adult supervision. The child may chew the entire capsule if they can safely manage chewable capsules, or alternatively, an adult may pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into water, juice or cereal. Do not swallow the capsule whole. Ensure the child is seated upright and supervised throughout administration to minimise choking risk. Use a clean utensil when piercing the capsule and avoid leaving sharp objects accessible to children. If mixing the contents with food or drinks, use a small portion that the child can finish completely to ensure the intended dose is consumed. Avoid mixing with very hot food or beverages. Follow the recommended dosage of one capsule daily unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. This product is intended to complement a balanced diet and should not replace regular consumption of nutritious foods.

Allergy Advice:
Contains fish, phenylalanine, soya beans, sucralose and sulfites. This supplement contains fish-derived omega-3 fatty acids and is unsuitable for children with known fish allergies. It also contains soya beans and sulfites, which may trigger allergic or hypersensitivity reactions in susceptible individuals. The presence of phenylalanine should be considered particularly for children diagnosed with phenylketonuria (PKU), who require careful management of phenylalanine intake. Sucralose is a sweetener rather than a major food allergen, but its presence should be considered where there is known sensitivity. Parents should carefully review the ingredients before administering this product. If the child develops symptoms such as itching, rash, swelling, vomiting or breathing difficulty, discontinue use immediately. Seek emergency medical attention for severe allergic reactions, including facial or throat swelling, breathing difficulties or signs of anaphylaxis.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
