How to Use:
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of moisturiser to the face, neck and decolletage.
Gently massage into the skin using upward circular motions until fully absorbed.
Use once or twice daily, preferably morning and evening.
For best results, use as part of a consistent skincare routine alongside other Sukin Sensitive skincare products.
Apply sunscreen during daytime use to help protect the skin from UV exposure.

-If irritation, redness or discomfort develops, discontinue use.
-Patch testing is recommended before first use.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use, particularly for individuals with highly sensitive skin or known allergies to botanical ingredients.
Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before full facial use.
Contains Sesame Seed Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil and botanical extracts which may not be suitable for individuals with sensitivities to these ingredients.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
