How to Use:
Apply a small amount to the fingertips. Using gentle circular motions, massage over the face and neck, taking care to avoid the eyes and delicate eye area. Do not apply excessive pressure or scrub aggressively, as over-exfoliation may irritate the skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and gently pat the skin dry. Use once or twice weekly as directed. If irritation develops during or after application, rinse thoroughly and discontinue use. For best results, follow with an appropriate moisturiser or other suitable skincare.

-For external use only. Do not ingest.
-Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water.
-Do not scrub aggressively or use excessive pressure during application.

-Do not apply to broken, damaged, irritated or sunburnt skin.
-Patch testing is recommended before first use.
-If irritation occurs, rinse immediately and discontinue use.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
