How to Use:
Apply a small amount to moist hands and work into a gentle lather with water. Massage gently over damp face and neck using circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Allow the naturally occurring AHAs from Australian Lime Pearl to help loosen dead skin cells and surface impurities. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry. Suitable for daily use. Follow with toner, serum and moisturiser for best results. During daytime use, apply sunscreen as exfoliating ingredients may increase sensitivity to sunlight.

-If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
-If irritation, redness or discomfort develops, discontinue use.
-Patch testing is recommended before first use.
-Do not use on broken, damaged or irritated skin.
-Use sunscreen during daytime use as exfoliating ingredients may increase sun sensitivity.
-Keep out of reach of children.
-Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use, especially for individuals with sensitive skin or known sensitivities to AHAs, fruit extracts or essential oils.
Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and leave for 24 hours before full facial application.
Contains Soybean Oil, essential oils and naturally occurring fragrance compounds including Limonene and Linalool which may cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
