How to Use:
Use the products as a four-step routine.

Step 1 – Clearing Facial Wash: Apply a small amount to wet hands and lather with water. Gently massage over the skin, avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Step 2 – Pore Perfecting Toner: After cleansing, soak a cotton pad or soft cloth with toner and gently wipe over the face, avoiding the eyes.

Step 3 – Spot Banishing Gel: Apply a small amount to a clean fingertip and apply directly to the face or blemish-prone areas as needed.

Step 4 – Oil Free Moisturiser: Apply to the face, neck and décolletage morning and/or evening after toning. When introducing the routine, avoid unnecessarily combining it with multiple strong exfoliating products if this causes dryness or irritation. Discontinue use if persistent irritation develops.

-If irritation, persistent redness, swelling or significant discomfort occurs, discontinue use and rinse affected skin thoroughly.

Allergy Advice:

The kit contains numerous botanical extracts and essential oils, including Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Lavender, Peppermint, Sage and Ginger. It also contains naturally occurring fragrance components Limonene and Linalool.
The formulas contain Coconut-derived ingredients, while individual products also contain Chamomile, Moringa, Green/White Tea, Quince and other plant extracts. Individuals with known sensitivities to any listed ingredient should review each formula carefully before use.
The Pore Perfecting Toner and Spot Banishing Gel contain Salicylic Acid. Those with known salicylate sensitivity should seek appropriate professional advice before use.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
