How To Use / Warnings

How To Use:
Remove the pad from its wrapper. Peel off the adhesive backing strip. Place the pad firmly onto clean underwear with the adhesive side down. Fold the wings around the sides of the underwear and press firmly underneath for secure hold. Change every 4–8 hours or as required depending on flow. Wrap used pad in paper or wrapper and dispose in trash bin. Do not flush.
Failure to change regularly may result in discomfort, odour or hygiene issues.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase and use. For external use only. Do not flush after use. Dispose in trash. Change pad every 4–8 hours. If irritation develops, discontinue use immediately. If irritation persists, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
