Suitable For:
This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16 years old. Lasts up to 10 weeks. An allergy alert test is needed 48 hours before each use, even if you already used colouring products before. So remember to buy product 48 hours in advance. On long or thick hair and for first time use, we recommend using two packs of Brilliance.

Do not colour your hair if,
- you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp,
- you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair, or
- you have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.

How To Use:
Prepare: Wear the supplied gloves. Mix the Colour Cream with the Developer Bottle as instructed in the leaflet.

Apply: Start on dry, unwashed hair. Apply mixture evenly from roots to ends. For dark or thick hair, ensure full saturation.

Develop: Leave on for the time stated in the leaflet. This ensures optimal lightening and colour intensity.

Rinse: Add a little warm water, massage to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.

Gloss Treatment: Apply the Diamond Gloss Sealer. Leave on as recommended, then rinse. This seals pigments and enhances shine. Failure to follow instructions may result in uneven colour, reduced intensity, or hair damage.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase or use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Hair colourants may cause severe allergic reactions. Conduct a skin allergy test 48 hours before every use. Do not colour your hair if you have a rash on the face, sensitive/irritated scalp, or have previously reacted to a hair colourant or “black henna” tattoo. Contains hydrogen peroxide, phenylenediamines, resorcinol and ammonia. Avoid contact with eyes. If product enters eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention if symptoms persist. Do not use on eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse hair well after application. Wear suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and seek urgent medical help.

All hair is different, so please conduct a strand test first to find the best application for you. We recommend performing a strand test to ensure suitability and confirm the colour before full head application. Apply product to a few hair strands to ensure there are no adverse affects on the hair or skin due to allergic reaction, sensitivity or skin irritation. If no problems occur and colour is confirmed, apply as per directions above.

- Do not ingest. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Product can be irritant as it contains hydrogen peroxide, phenylenediamines, resorcinol and ammonia. See full list of ingredients at bottom of pack.
- Avoid eye contact. If in eye, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a doctor or for at least 15 minutes.
- Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. To do so may be injurious to the eye.
- In case of any reaction or when in doubt, consult a doctor before using any hair colour product.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is strongly recommended before use. Apply a small amount of mixed product to the inner elbow and leave for 45 minutes. Rinse and observe for 48 hours. Do not use if any redness, burning, itching or swelling occurs.
Contains ingredients that may trigger reactions in individuals sensitive to dyes such as phenylenediamines and resorcinol.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
