How to Use:
Suitable for babies aged 8 months and above who are accustomed to solid foods. Shake well before serving. To serve warm, stand pouch in a jug of hot water. Always check temperature before serving. Serve directly from a spoon or squeeze into a bowl. Do not microwave in pouch. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.
Always supervise your baby during feeding and ensure they are seated upright.

Warnings:
Always read labels, directions and warnings before purchase or use of product. Not suitable for babies under 8 months. An adult should always check the temperature before serving to avoid burns. Do not microwave in pouch. Do not use if pouch is damaged or seal is broken. Keep cap out of reach of children under 3 years due to choking hazard. Store unopened pouch in a cool, dry place.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
