How to use:
Apply QV Flare Up Cream generously to affected areas three times daily, particularly after showering, bathing, and at night before sleep. Gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Avoid using soap as it may irritate sensitive skin and reduce product effectiveness. Consistent daily application helps maintain hydration and reduces the likelihood of flare-ups.
Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase or use.
For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation occurs, wash affected area and discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if sensitive to any of the listed ingredients.
Store below 30°C and away from direct sunlight.
Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before use to avoid any chance of hypersensitivity or allergic reaction. Apply a small amount of cream to the inner forearm and leave for 24 hours. If no irritation, redness, or swelling occurs, the product can be used safely.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
- It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
- In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
