How to use:
Apply QV Heel Balm liberally to heels morning and night until skin is visibly restored. Once normal skin has returned, continue application 2–3 times a week to help maintain softness and hydration. Can also be used on other dry and rough skin areas such as hands, elbows, or knees.
Tip: For best results, apply after showering or before bedtime and wear cotton socks overnight to lock in moisture.
Warnings:
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on inflamed skin or open wounds. If irritation occurs, reduce frequency of use. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a podiatrist or healthcare professional.
Store below 30°C.
Allergy Advice:
Free from fragrance, colour, lanolin, propylene glycol, and urea to reduce irritation risk.
Suitable for sensitive skin, but a patch test is recommended prior to use. Apply on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. If no reaction occurs, continue use safely.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
- It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
- In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
