How to Use:
As an Eyeshadow Base
Ensure eyelids are clean and dry before application.
Apply a thin layer across the eyelid using a fingertip or brush.
Blend evenly while product is still workable.
Apply pigments or multichrome shadows while primer remains slightly tacky for maximum intensity.

As Eyeliner:
Use a fine eyeliner brush to pick up product.
Apply along the lash line or create graphic liner shapes.
Allow to dry fully before layering other products.

As a Lipstick Base:
Exfoliate and moisturise lips lightly.
Apply a thin layer of Black Primer evenly across lips.
Layer lipstick or loose pigment on top for enhanced depth and longevity.

As Body or Face Paint:
Apply onto clean, dry skin using a brush or sponge.
Build intensity gradually for desired effect.
Set with translucent powder or setting spray for longer wear.

Pro Tip:
A small amount goes a long way. Build in thin layers for smoother blending and stronger pigment payoff.

Always read labels, directions and warnings before purchase or use of product.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and inner waterline.
Do not apply on broken, irritated or damaged skin.
Discontinue use if irritation, redness or discomfort occurs.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Ensure cap is tightly closed after use to prevent drying.
Highly pigmented formulas may stain fabrics or light surfaces.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is advised before use to minimise the risk of irritation or allergic reaction. Apply a small amount on skin and wait 24 hours before full application. Discontinue use if irritation, swelling, burning or itching occurs.

DELIVERY CHARGES

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
