How To Use:
Wet your face with clean water. Create a lather by rubbing a small amount of foam between your palms. Gently massage onto your face and neck in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use twice daily (morning and night) for best results. For optimal outcome, use together with the full Pond’s Bright Miracle skincare range.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and follow instructions carefully. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Discontinue use if irritation or redness develops. If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburnt skin. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before full use. Apply a small amount of the product on the inner arm, leave for 24 hours, and rinse. If no redness, itching, or swelling occurs, it is safe to use. Contains fragrance, which may not be suitable for sensitive skin.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
