How To Use:
After shampooing with Pantene Silky & Glowing Shampoo, apply conditioner evenly through the lengths of wet hair, focusing on damaged areas and ends. Leave on for 1–2 minutes to allow the nourishing ingredients to penetrate deeply, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, use daily and follow with the Pantene Pro-V Silky & Glowing complete routine.

Warnings:
Always read all label and warnings before use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation or redness develops. Keep out of reach of children.
Store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is advised before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner arm or behind the ear, leave for 24 hours, and rinse. If no redness, burning, or itching appears, it is safe to use.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
  2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
  3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
  5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
