How To Use:
Massage into wet hair to create a rich lather, focusing on the scalp and lengths. Rinse thoroughly with water. For optimal repair and protection, follow with Pantene Repair & Protect Conditioner and treatments. Inadequate rinsing may reduce smoothness or cause build-up.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is advised prior to first use. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin, rinse after drying, and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching or irritation occurs, the product can be used safely. Contains fragrance ingredients that may not be suitable for highly sensitive skin.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
