How To Use:
Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a small amount of OC Naturals Normal Balance Shampoo to the scalp and hair. Gently massage into a rich lather, focusing on roots and scalp. Rinse well and repeat if necessary for best results. For optimal hair health, follow with a conditioner suitable for your hair type.

Always read all label and warnings before purchase/use and follow instructions carefully. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use to avoid the risk of allergic reaction, hypersensitivity, or skin irritation. Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your elbow or behind your ear, rinse off after 24 hours, and if no redness, itching, or swelling occurs, the product can be used safely.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
