How To Use:
Apply to wet hair and gently massage into the scalp and strands until a rich lather forms. Rinse thoroughly with water. For best results, follow with OC Naturals Coco Repair Conditioner. Use regularly to maintain strong, smooth and healthy-looking hair. Avoid excessive product use, as this may reduce effectiveness.

For external use only. Do not ingest. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburnt scalp. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use to avoid potential allergic reactions. Apply a small amount of shampoo to the inner arm and rinse after 24 hours. If no redness, itching or irritation occurs, the product can be safely used. Contains plant-based ingredients including coconut oil, chamomile and aloe vera which may cause sensitivity in some individuals.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
