How To Use:
Shake well before use. Apply to wet hair and gently massage into scalp, working into a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat application if desired for best results. For ongoing scalp health, use regularly as part of your hair care routine. For ineffective outcome, avoid skipping regular use as dandruff control requires consistent application.

If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if symptoms persist. If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional. Allergy Advice:
This product contains Wheat Protein and other botanical extracts. Individuals with wheat allergies or sensitive skin should perform a patch test prior to use.

Apply a small amount to inner arm and rinse after 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or swelling occurs, the product may be safely used.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
