How to use:
Wet your face with warm water.
Apply a small amount of No7 Men Energising Face Wash directly to damp skin.
Massage gently using circular motions over the face for at least 30 seconds, paying attention to areas prone to excess oil and congestion.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry.
Use morning and evening for best results.
For deeper cleansing, use alongside an exfoliating face scrub once or twice per week as part of your grooming routine.

Warnings:
Always read labels and directions before use.
For external use only.
Avoid direct contact with eyes.
If product enters the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
If irritation, redness or discomfort develops, discontinue use.
Do not use on broken, damaged or irritated skin.

A patch test is recommended before first use, especially for individuals with sensitive skin or known sensitivities to fragrances, preservatives or cosmetic ingredients.
Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before full facial application.
Contains fragrance (Parfum), Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben and Ethylparaben which may cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
