Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a liberal amount of shampoo and gently massage into the scalp to create a lather, focusing on affected areas. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use regularly for best results. Avoid insufficient rinsing, which may reduce comfort for sensitive scalps.
Warnings:
Always read all labels and follow instructions carefully. For adult use only. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Allergy Advice:
If you have a history of scalp sensitivity or allergies, a patch test is recommended before first use. Apply a small amount to a discreet skin area, rinse after drying, and wait 24 hours. Do not use if redness, itching or irritation occurs.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
- It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
- In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
