How to use
It’s simple! Familiarise yourself by reading the instructions and conduct a patch test 48h before use. Follow these 3 easy steps: 1) Use gloves and pour colouring into developer bottle and shake to mix. 2) Apply colour and leave on for the recommended time. 3) Rinse out and follow with Shine-Protect Conditioner to help preserve day 1 colour & shine.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS HAIR COLOURANTS CAN CAUSE SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTIONS Read and follow instructions. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. TEMPORARY “BLACK HENNA” TATTOOS MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF ALLERGY. Do not colour your hair if: • you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp • you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair • you have experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo in the past IGNORING AN ALLERGY CAN BE LIFE-THREATENING. You must conduct an ALLERGY ALERT TEST 48 hours before each time you colour even if you have already used colouring products before. So remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance. (Read and follow the instruction leaflet). In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. “Developer” contains hydrogen peroxide “Hair colourant”contains: phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines), resorcinol, ammonia • Wear the gloves supplied in the box. • Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. • Rinse the eyes immediately and thoroughly if the product comes into contact with them. • Rinse hair well after application. Wait at least 2 weeks after using a relaxer, a perm or a straightening process on the hair. c Do not use if your hair has been coloured with henna or with a progressive hair colourant Keep out of reach of children. Allergy Advice:
A patch test is strongly recommended before each use to minimise risk of allergic reaction or hypersensitivity. Apply a small amount of prepared mixture on inner elbow or behind ear and wait 48 hours. Do not proceed with colouring if irritation occurs.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
