How to Use:

preparation
For feeding your baby, add 1 level scoop of powder to each 30 ml of water (freshly boiled and cooled). Please refer to the feeding guide shown below and note this table should only be used as a guide. All babies are different and may require more or less than is shown. Kendamil Toddler Milk should be fed on demand. If you need more advice talk to your healthcare professional.

Snap open tamper-proof clip and dispose of immediately and safely, away from children. Hold the top of the can with both hands, place both thumbs under the lip and push up to open. The scoop is held inside the lid. Open the foil seal by pulling back on easy open tab carefully and safely, then dispose of foil.

Step 1
Wash hands, then sterilise your feeding utensils according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2
Fill kettle with 1 litre of freshly run tap water (do not used repeatedly boiled water). Boil and leave to cool for 30 minutes, so it remains at the temperature of at least 70℃. Measure the required water into a sterilised bottle.

Step 3
Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of levelled scoops to the bottle. Use the straight edge inside the lid to level each scoop.

Step 4
Place on a sterilised teat and cap on the bottle and shake well to dissolve powder.

Step 5
Cool to a natural body temperature by running the bottle (lid on) under cold running water. Always test the temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist.

DENTAL ADVICE:
When bottle feeding, do not allow prolonged contact of milk feeds with your toddler's teeth as this increases the risk of tooth decay. Make sure your baby's teeth are cleaned each night after the last feed.

Important Feeding Instructions:
Use the correct amount of levelled scoops as directed. Using too much, or too little can make your baby ill. If your feed has not been used within 2 hours, we recommend that you throw it away and start again. Do not add food products such as cows' milk to your baby's milk, and do not re-heat in a microwave.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This milk is only for babies over 12 months, as part of a mixed diet. It should not be used as a breastmilk substitute before 12 months. The decision to start weaning including the use of this product before 12 months should be made only on the advice of a healthcare professional. Breast milk is best for babies and breastfeeding should continue for as long as possible. When bottle feeding, do not allow prolonged contact of milk feeds with your baby's teeth as this increases the risk of tooth decay. Make sure your baby's teeth are cleaned each night after the last feed.

It should only be used under medical supervision, after full consideration of the feeding options available including breastfeeding. Suitable for use as part of a balanced diet from 12 months to 3 years.

Storage Advice:
Store out of the reach of young children. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
Store unopened tin in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
