How to Use:
To use ItalWax White Chocolate Hard Wax Beads, begin by thoroughly cleansing the skin with a pre-wax lotion to remove oil, sweat, and impurities, ensuring the area is completely dry. Melt the wax beads in a wax heater until they reach a thick, honey-like consistency, then test a small amount on your wrist to confirm a safe and comfortable temperature. Using a spatula, apply the wax onto the skin in any direction of hair growth, creating a slightly thicker edge for easier removal. Allow the wax to set for 6–7 seconds until it forms a firm film, then hold the edge and pull it off quickly against the direction of hair growth while keeping the skin taut for a cleaner, smoother result. Finish the process by applying a post-wax lotion or oil to soothe and hydrate the skin and remove any remaining residue. For optimal results, avoid sun exposure, exfoliating, or taking hot showers for at least 24 hours after waxing.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before using the product. For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned, or severely sensitive skin. Avoid use over moles, warts, cuts, or inflamed areas. Avoid the eye area. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Patch test required before first use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not overheat the wax; temperature that is too high can cause burns. Discontinue use if redness, itching, or swelling occurs. If irritation persists, consult a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is strongly recommended 24 hours before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner arm, let it set, remove, and monitor for reactions such as redness, itching, burning, or swelling. If no reaction occurs, proceed with safe use.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
