How To Use:
Always wash your hands before and after treating a wound. Carefully clean the affected area and gently dry both the wound and surrounding skin. Remove the plaster from its individual wrapper and peel away the protective paper without touching the adhesive surface. Position the absorbent pad directly over the wound and press the adhesive edges firmly onto the skin. Replace the plaster whenever necessary, at least once daily, or sooner if it becomes wet, dirty or loose. Using a clean plaster each time helps maintain hygiene and promotes proper wound healing.

Warnings:
Always read labels and directions before use.
For external use only.
Single-use only. Do not reuse plasters.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Do not use if the individual wrapper is damaged, torn or already opened.
Replace the plaster at least once daily or whenever it becomes wet or dirty.
If the wound continues to bleed, becomes swollen, red, painful or shows signs of infection, seek medical advice immediately.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If your child has sensitive skin or a history of adhesive allergies, apply the plaster to a small area first to check skin compatibility. Discontinue use if redness, itching or irritation develops and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
