How To Use:
Massage a small amount onto wet hair and scalp, working into a rich lather. Leave for 2–3 minutes to allow active ingredients to act on the scalp, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, use regularly and follow with Head & Shoulders DermaX Pro Conditioner or Scalp Balm Treatment to maintain long-term hydration and balance.

Avoid mixing with other medicated or anti-dandruff products unless advised by your dermatologist.

Always read all labels and warnings before purchase or use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately. Discontinue use if irritation develops. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Product may cause mild tingling due to menthol content — this is normal.

Allergy Advice:
Contains Aloe Vera Extract and fragrance components such as Linalool, Geraniol, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, and Hydroxycitronellal, which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
A patch test is advised before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner arm, wait 24 hours, and proceed if no redness or irritation occurs.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
