How To Use:
Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a suitable amount of shampoo to your scalp and hair.
Gently massage into the scalp using fingertips until a lather forms. Rinse thoroughly with water. For best results, follow with Garnier Fructis Hair Food Aloe Vera Conditioner or Mask as part of your hair care routine.

Regular use is recommended to achieve optimal hydration and shine. Avoid using excessively hot water as it may dry out the scalp and reduce effectiveness.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase or use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. If irritation or sensitivity develops, discontinue use immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use to avoid risk of allergic reaction. Apply a small amount of shampoo to a discreet area of skin, leave for 24 hours, and rinse. If no irritation, redness, or itching occurs, the product can be safely used. Discontinue use if signs of hypersensitivity appear.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
