How To Use:
Salon-Style Ritual

Before Shampoo:
Brush hair gently. Apply 3 pumps to palms, distribute through mid-lengths and ends, leave for a few minutes, emulsify with warm water and shampoo as usual. Ideal for hair needing extra softness and nourishment.

Before Blow-Drying:
Apply 2 pumps to palms and smooth through mid-lengths and ends. Helps calm frizz, improve manageability and protect hair during heat styling.

After Blow-Drying:
Apply 1–2 pumps to enhance shine, smooth flyaways and help reduce the appearance of split ends.

At-Home Daily Ritual

Apply 1–2 pumps evenly through mid-lengths and ends for ongoing nourishment, shine and frizz control. For best results, avoid applying directly to roots to prevent a weighed-down effect.


Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase or use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If product enters eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation or sensitivity develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburnt scalp. Keep out of reach of children. Allergy Advice:

A patch test is recommended before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm, leave for 24 hours and observe for any itching, redness, irritation or swelling. If no reaction occurs, the product may be used safely.
Contains fragrance allergens including Linalool, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalyl Acetate, Vanillin and others. Avoid use if known sensitivity exists.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
  2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
  3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
  5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
