How to Use:
Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Starting immediately after birth and continuing throughout the breastfeeding period to support both your baby’s development and your own nutritional needs.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains fish, soya beans and sulfites. Also contains encapsulating aids.
Food Supplement Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. As with other food supplements, seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies or are allergic to any of the ingredients.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
- It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
- When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours.
