How to Use:

As Foundation:
Apply directly onto the cheeks, forehead and chin using the flat side of the stick. Blend evenly using fingertips, a makeup sponge or foundation brush until a seamless finish is achieved. Layer gradually for additional coverage if desired.

As Concealer:
Apply directly onto areas requiring extra correction such as under-eyes, blemishes, redness or pigmentation. Blend softly into surrounding skin using fingertips, sponge or brush.

For Touch-Ups:
Reapply lightly throughout the day to refresh complexion and reduce shine without disturbing existing makeup. Suitable for quick touch-ups while travelling or during humid weather conditions.

For best results, prep skin with moisturiser and primer before application. Set lightly with powder for enhanced longevity in very humid environments.

Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Discontinue use immediately if redness, irritation or discomfort develops.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
