Dencorub Arthritis Pain Relief Cream (Australia) 100g

How to Use:
For adults and children aged 10 years and over: Apply a generous amount of Dencorub Arthritis Cream directly to the painful area and massage gently but thoroughly until the cream is absorbed into the skin. Use 3–4 times daily, or as required, in accordance with the product label. The manufacturer advises that good results may be obtained by applying the cream in the morning, before retiring at night or after showering. Apply only to clean, intact skin, avoiding cuts, abrasions, irritated areas, open wounds, eyes and other sensitive tissues. Wash your hands thoroughly after application unless the hands are the area being treated, and avoid touching the eyes or mouth with cream on your fingers. Allow the cream to absorb before putting on clothing. Do not apply bandages or tight coverings over the treated area. Avoid using additional topical pain relief products on the same area unless advised by a healthcare professional. If pain is not temporarily reduced, or the skin becomes red, irritated or uncomfortable, stop using the product and consult a doctor. Use only as directed; applying larger quantities or using it more frequently than recommended may increase the risk of adverse effects without improving pain relief.

- Always read all labels, directions and warnings before purchase or use and follow the instructions carefully.
- For external use only. Do not ingest.
- Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates, including aspirin or related medicines.
- Do not use if you are taking anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication. Consult your doctor before considering any salicylate-containing topical product.
- Do not use on children under 10 years of age.
- Do not apply to broken, damaged, inflamed, irritated or infected skin, open wounds or areas affected by a rash.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Do not bandage, tightly wrap or otherwise occlude the treated area after application.
- Avoid applying external heat, including heating pads, to treated areas unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.
- Do not combine with other medicated topical pain relief products on the same area without medical advice.
- If pain is not temporarily reduced or the skin becomes red or irritated, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Seek medical advice for severe, persistent or worsening pain, significant joint swelling, fever, injury or unexplained symptoms.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Check with your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take regular medicines or have a history of medication allergies.
- Contains hydroxybenzoate and diazolidinylurea, which may cause skin reactions in susceptible individuals.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If accidentally swallowed, seek immediate medical advice. In Australia, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26; in Bangladesh, contact a local emergency medical service or poison treatment facility.
- Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Keep the tube securely closed and store away from delicate surfaces, as directed by the manufacturer.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Allergy Advice:
Dencorub Arthritis Cream contains Trolamine Salicylate, a salicylate-based active ingredient. It must not be used by individuals with a known allergy to salicylates, including those who have experienced allergic reactions to aspirin or related medicines.
The formulation also contains hydroxybenzoate and diazolidinylurea, preservatives that may cause allergic contact dermatitis or irritation in susceptible individuals. Diazolidinylurea is a formaldehyde-releasing preservative and may be unsuitable for people with a known formaldehyde allergy.
A patch test on a small area of intact skin may help identify local irritation in people without a known allergy. Apply a small amount, follow the product directions and observe for redness, itching, swelling or irritation over the following 24 hours. A negative patch test does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur. Do not conduct a patch test if you already know you are allergic to salicylates or another ingredient.
If an allergic reaction develops, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Seek urgent medical attention for difficulty breathing, facial swelling or other symptoms of a severe allergic reaction.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
