How to Use:
Begin with a clean eyelid; apply eyeshadow primer for maximum pigmentation and longevity. Use a fluffy brush to apply matte transition shades such as Eternal, Stone Cold, or Cooltral to define the crease. Deepen the outer corner using deeper mattes like Shadow, Natural, Midnight, or Grounded. For shimmer/metallic shades (Slate, Moonlight, Affinity, Reveal, Tempting, Magnetic, Secret, Gravitate), apply using a fingertip or a flat brush for strongest payoff. Tap multichrome/duochrome formulas gently to avoid fallout. For maximum impact, use metallics over a tacky base or glitter primer. After use, close palette securely to protect pigments.
Failure to follow safe application guidelines may affect product performance or cause irritation.

Always read all labels, ingredients, and warnings before purchase or use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or discomfort develops. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Some shades contain pigments which may not be approved for use in the eye area under US law—perform a patch test before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Use within recommended period after opening (PAO symbol on packaging).
Allergy Advice:
A patch test is strongly advised before first use:
Apply a small amount of product on the inner arm, allow it to dry, keep for 24 hours, and observe for redness, itching, swelling, or irritation. If no reaction occurs, the product is safe for use.
If any reaction develops, discontinue use immediately.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
