How To Use Mint Flavour:
Cut and wrap about 50cm of floss around your middle fingers. Gently insert floss at the top of the tooth and move downwards between teeth. Curve floss around each tooth and clean along the gumline. Use a fresh section of floss every few teeth. Floss once daily for best results. Skipping daily flossing can allow plaque build-up and may lead to gum disease or tooth decay.

Warnings:
Always use floss gently to avoid injuring gums. Not suitable for children under 12 without adult supervision. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergy Advice:
PTFE/PFAS-free.
Contains flavouring and wax.
Suitable for most users; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

How To Use Toothpaste:
Brush thoroughly at least twice daily (every 12 hours), for a minimum of 2 minutes each time, or as directed by your dentist. Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and rinse with a small sip of water after brushing. For best results, continue use for at least 4 weeks to achieve up to 12 hours of antibacterial protection.

Important:
Do not swallow toothpaste.
Not recommended for children aged 6 years or below. Use specially formulated Colgate children’s toothpaste for younger age groups.
Consistent use is essential for maintaining long-term oral health protection.

How To Use Toothbrush:
Brush thoroughly at least twice daily, or as recommended by your dental professional. After use, rinse the toothbrush head well, shake off excess water, and store upright. Replace every 3 months or sooner if bristles are frayed.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
