Clean & Clear Deep Action Cleansing Cream Wash (UK) 150mL

How to use:
Wet your face thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Squeeze a small amount of the cleansing cream wash into your palm.
Gently massage onto your face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
Rinse off completely with water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Use daily, morning and evening, for best results.
For maximum effectiveness, follow with a suitable oil-free moisturiser. Consistent use helps maintain clearer skin and prevents new spots from forming.

Warnings:
For external use only. Do not ingest.
If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do not use on scars, moles, spotty, broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is advised before first use to avoid risk of allergic reaction, hypersensitivity, or irritation. Apply a small amount of product to the inner forearm, rinse, and wait 24 hours. If no redness, burning, or swelling occurs, the product can be safely used.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
