How To Use:
Pour a small amount of Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo into your hand or onto a soft washcloth. Gently apply to baby’s wet hair and body. Lather, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Pat dry with a soft towel.

Tip: For best results, follow with Cetaphil Baby Daily Lotion or Cetaphil Baby Moisturising Oil to lock in moisture and keep skin smooth and hydrated.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before purchase and use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If product enters eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation or rash develops. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C and away from direct sunlight.

This product is hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. It is formulated to minimise risk of allergic reactions and is suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. However, for babies with extremely delicate or reactive skin, a patch test is recommended before first use.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
