How to Use:
Before going outdoors, ensure your skin is clean and dry. Apply sunscreen generously and evenly to all exposed skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. For an average adult, use approximately 35mL for full-body application, including approximately one teaspoon (5mL) for each arm, each leg, the front of the body, the back of the body, and the face, neck and ears combined. Spread thoroughly without rubbing away excessive amounts. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours while outdoors, and immediately after swimming, excessive sweating or towel drying, even though the product has been tested for 4-hour water resistance. Apply sunscreen before dressing where possible to ensure exposed areas are covered. Use additional sun protection methods, including protective clothing, sunglasses, a broad-brimmed hat and shade, particularly when the UV Index is 3 or above. For first-time use, test on a small area of skin and discontinue use if irritation develops. Using insufficient sunscreen or failing to reapply as directed can significantly reduce the level of sun protection achieved.

Warnings:
-Always read all labels, directions and warnings before purchase or use and follow instructions carefully.
-For external use only. Do not ingest.
-Not suitable for babies under 6 months old.
-Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
-Do not apply to broken, damaged or irritated skin.
-If irritation, redness, itching or other adverse reactions occur, rinse thoroughly, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if required.
-Apply generously at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
-Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
-Four-hour water resistance does not mean four hours of uninterrupted protection without reapplication.
-Avoid prolonged sun exposure, particularly during peak UV hours.
-Sunscreen is not a substitute for protective clothing, sunglasses, hats or shade.
-Keep out of reach of children. Children should use sunscreen under adult supervision.
-Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
-Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
-Do not use if the product has visibly changed in colour, consistency or smell.

Allergy Advice:
This sunscreen contains chemical UV filters including Homosalate, Octocrylene, Octyl Salicylate and Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, along with preservatives including Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol and Hydroxybenzoates. These ingredients may cause irritation, contact dermatitis or allergic reactions in susceptible individuals. Although the product is fragrance-free, this does not guarantee that it will be suitable for everyone with sensitive or allergy-prone skin. A patch test is recommended before first use: apply a small amount to a clean area of skin and monitor for 24 hours. If redness, burning, itching, swelling or discomfort develops, discontinue use. Individuals with known allergies to sunscreen filters, particularly Octocrylene or related ingredients, should consult a healthcare professional before use. Seek urgent medical attention if a severe allergic reaction occurs.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
