Calpol Saline Nasal Spray From Birth (UK) 15mL

How to Use:
Shake the bottle gently before use. Lay your baby or child down and keep their head slightly tilted to one side. Insert the nozzle carefully into one nostril and press down to release the spray. Repeat for the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle after each use and replace the protective cap.

Use as often as needed throughout the day to clear congestion and restore moisture. Not following usage instructions—such as incorrect positioning or insufficient spraying—may reduce the product’s effectiveness.

Warnings:
Always read all labels and warnings before use and follow instructions carefully. For nasal use only. Do not ingest. If irritation, discomfort or unusual symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a Healthcare Professional. Do not share the spray with others to prevent cross-infection. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not use if the bottle is damaged or if the seal is broken. Suitable from birth, but consult a doctor if your newborn has persistent congestion, fever, or breathing difficulty. Once opened, use within recommended period stated on packaging (typically 6 months—please verify on your actual product).

Allergy Advice:
This product contains no common allergens and is non-medicated. A patch test is not required for saline sprays.
If your child has a history of nasal sensitivity, consult a healthcare professional before use.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
