Bulldog Skincare Sensitive Moisturiser + Willow Herb (UK) 100mL

How To Use:
Begin with clean, dry skin—preferably after washing your face with a gentle face wash. Apply a 10p-sized amount of moisturiser onto clean fingertips. Gently massage onto your face and neck in upward circular motions. Use twice daily—morning and night—for best results. For an effective grooming routine, pair with Bulldog Sensitive Face Wash and Bulldog Sensitive Face Scrub. Allow the moisturiser to fully absorb before applying sunscreen or other creams. Consistent use helps maximise hydration and maintain healthier, smoother skin.

Warnings:
Always read all labels, directions and warnings before use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water if contact occurs. If irritation, burning or redness occurs, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sunburnt skin. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within recommended period after opening (normally 12 months—check packaging for confirmation).

Allergy Advice:
A patch test is recommended before first use. Apply a small amount on the inner forearm, allow it to dry and wash after 30 minutes. If no redness, itching, swelling or irritation develops within 24 hours, the product may be safely used.
This product does not contain added fragrance.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
