How to Use:

Wash hands, bottle, teat, and cap thoroughly before preparing the feed. Sterilise all equipment by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser. Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to lukewarm (around 40°C). Use cooled safe drinking water, that has recently been boiled. Consult the feeding guide on the tin for the correct water-to-powder ratio. Use only the enclosed scoop. Always use a dry scoop. Use the enclosed scoop to measure the exact quantity of powder. Level each scoop with the leveller on the tin. Avoid compacting the powder. Always Add 1 level scoop (8.8g) of powder for every 60 mL of water. Use only the provided scoop. Add powder to water, cap bottle, and shake well until dissolved. Make up each feed as required. Test temperature on your wrist before feeding. Feed immediately. For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds, discard unfinished feeds as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.

Feeding Guide (as on pack – general guide only):

0-2 weeks: 60 mL water + 1 scoop | 7-8 feeds/day

2-4 weeks: 120 mL + 2 scoops | 6-7 feeds/day

1-2 months: 180 mL + 3 scoops | 5-6 feeds/day

2-4 months: 180 mL + 3 scoops | ~5 feeds/day

4-6 months: 240 mL + 4 scoops | 4-5 feeds/day

Important notice: Breast milk is best for babies. Before you decide to use this product, consult your doctor or health worker for advice.

Important Feeding Advice Warning: Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Suitable from birth. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to infant formula product. Each bottle should be prepared individually. If a bottle of made up formula is to be stored prior to use, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Formula left after a feed must be discarded.

Warnings:
Always read all label instructions and follow preparation guidelines carefully. Only use under medical supervision. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Store out of reach of children. Do not use if foil security seal is damaged or missing. Store unopened tins in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 4 weeks.
Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur and cause scalding.
Never leave your baby alone during feeding. Never add extra scoops or anything else to your baby's feed.

Dental Hygiene: Putting your baby to bed with a bottle can cause tooth decay. A cup can be introduced to your baby at around 6 months.

Storage Advice:
Store out of the reach of young children.
Store unopened tin in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. After opening, keep container airtight and use contents within four weeks. Product is packed by weight, not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur during transportation and distribution.

Contains milk and soy. If your child has a known allergy, do not use. Seek medical advice if any reaction occurs.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
