How To Use

How To Use:
Wash the jug and lid before first use following the enclosed care instructions. Remove a new Maxtra Pro filter from its packaging and rinse under cold running water for a few seconds. Insert the cartridge into the funnel opening of the jug, pressing firmly to ensure a tight fit. Fill the jug with cold tap water. Discard the first filtered batch to activate the cartridge. Fill and enjoy pure, great-tasting water. Replace the cartridge every 4 weeks (150L) or when indicated by the BRITA Memo.

Warnings:

Always read all labels, instructions, and warnings before purchase or use. For cold water use only. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection. Keep out of reach of children. Clean jug and lid regularly with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Do not place jug or lid in the dishwasher unless stated as dishwasher-safe (lid should be hand-washed). Replace filters as recommended for optimal performance.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
