How To Use:
Remove cartridge from packaging and rinse under cold running water for a few seconds. Insert cartridge into your Brita jug or BRITA Flow system using the PerfectFit™ mechanism to ensure a secure fit. Fill jug with water, allow the first fill to filter through, then discard to activate the filter. Each cartridge lasts up to 4 weeks or 150 litres, whichever comes first. Replace regularly to maintain best performance and water quality.

Note: Usage may vary depending on household water hardness and consumption.

Warnings:
Always read all labels, instructions and warnings before use. Only use in Brita jugs and systems as intended. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Replace cartridge promptly when filtration capacity is reached to avoid reduced performance.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are not offering our products and their delivery outside Bangladesh at this time.
