Pre-Order Policy
With Samirahan BD, you can shop directly from Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Walmart, Target, Woolworths, Kmart, Costco, Boots or any store in Australia & United Kingdom (UK). Simply look up the product you are after, send us screenshots or links to the store & we will provide a quote. If you have already chosen the products, follow the instructions below.
First, please note the following rules that apply for Pre-Order of goods from Australia / UK:
- We do not handle unethical / non-halal products.
- A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required upfront.
- Lead time may vary from 4 to 6 weeks from date of deposit and may also vary from case to case. We will provide an estimate with our official quotation.
- Pre-Order products / bundles do not come with any warranty or guarantee. However, we will perform in-house checking / testing before delivery, for your peace of mind.
- If there is any delay during the shipment, we will keep you updated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the product at all, we will refund you the deposit in full.
- No return / refund / change of mind will be entertained on pre-ordered products once the deposit has been paid.
- We reserve the right to void the deposit if customer refuses to collect the product upon delivery.

1. What products you want. Please include screenshots or links to online store / shop / product if applicable. Include as much detail as possible, such as size, colour, gender, quantity, shape, design, features, etc. to help us identify the product you need without any confusion.
2. Which country you want us to source the items from (Australia / UK).
3. How many of each product you need.
4. Your Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address and Delivery Address.
Once we have received your request, we will send you a quote with our final pricing and indicative lead time, plus any other conditions. If you agree to the quote and confirm your order, we will proceed with sourcing and delivery of the goods. We do not negotiate quoted prices as we offer you only the best price possible while maintaining the highest standards that you can trust.
