How to Use:
Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water, allow it to fizz and dissolve completely, then drink. Take once daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed one tablet per day unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional. Berocca advises that different Berocca products should not be taken together because each formulation is designed to be taken on its own according to its respective vitamin and mineral quantities. Not to be used in children under 12 years of age without medical advice.

For daily immune support, the product can be incorporated into a regular daily routine. The manufacturer also positions Immune Daily Defence for everyday immune support, stressful days and travel.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. You can also call our customer care hotline via WhatsApp +8801953330595 or via Messenger, where a customer service representative will assist you with your queries.
5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
